Pete

Most of our surfers have never surfed. We start wherever they are — a first splash in the shallows or a wave ridden to their feet.

Pete, a beach lifeguard and long-time local, keeps every surfer safe and coaches those ready to take on bigger conditions.

Gill coordinates the volunteers — board carriers, water helpers and cheerleaders — who turn a stretch of Bude coast into an accessible session.
